Today, we mark the International Day of Solidarity with Belarus, known as Freedom Day. On this day in 1918, Belarus proclaimed independence. For millions of Belarusians, this anniversary has become a powerful symbol of resistance against oppressive dictatorship. We take this opportunity to reiterate our support for all Belarusians fighting for a free and democratic country.
